Payments are due on the terms agreed upon in your client service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information necessary for bookkeeping services. Clients must ensure that all information provided is current and truthful. Clients should promptly update any changes to their financial information.

Termination Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms specified in the client service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled in full.
